Tekkalur Vishnu temple renovation starts on 31st March- near Tiruttani
We are starting the renovation work of Tekkalur Perumal temple near Tiruthani. This temple is 800 years old but the idols seem to be much older. The vimana and the top weather coarse, ceiling all needs to be re-done after removing vegetation.
We are doing this at a shoe string budget of 1.67 lakhs and completing it before April 2010 end! Just a month.
